Built managed PR comments, workflow resolver, CI stage splitting, and the credentials management SDK. Developed the Windows Guest Cluster SDK, Jenkins job deduplication, and retry logic. Migrated CI infrastructure to new VKS (VMware Kubernetes Service) clusters. Delivered 50+ JIRA stories in 6 months across VCF 9.1, VCF 9.2, VKr v1.35, and v1.36 release trains.

Built end-to-end OVA build pipelines for RHEL and Windows from scratch — image baker config generation, GoBuild triggering, artifact publishing, and Jenkins monitoring. Created the Lima VM SDK for local OVA validation using goss. Built the Guest Cluster test SDK with parallel execution support via goroutines.

Unified 5+ disparate CLIs into relmctl — a single command-line interface for all release-machinery operations. Built comprehensive Artifactory cleanup automation (cron + on-demand) with Google Chat notifications. Implemented nightly builds on EPC VMs with multi-branch Kubernetes distribution support. Released v1.13.0 and v1.13.1.

Implemented cosign-based container image signing for Carvel packages with certificate verification. Enforced FIPS-only TLS in Carvel tools (ytt, vendir). Built the SRP compliance report generation SDK. Shipped release v1.12.0 with breaking changes for FIPS validation.

Built a BDD-style test framework from scratch using Go's txtar format — validates pipeline configs, FIPS compliance, publish workflows, and pod templates. Shipped release v1.11.0.

Built the complete cayman_go-containerregistry repository — VMware's patched Crane binary with GoBuild support, SRP compliance, and publish workflows.

Led the organization-wide migration of all CI/CD infrastructure from GitLab to GitHub Actions. Rebuilt dev CI, post-merge CI, promote pipeline, and internal CI from scratch. Built the Jenkins runner Docker image pipeline using Kaniko. Migrated 8+ Cayman submodule repositories. Zero downtime for 100+ active developers.

Joined the release-machinery team during the Broadcom acquisition of VMware. Led the massive domain migration across every Go module, Jenkins pipeline, Artifactory registry, and CI configuration. Redesigned the GoBuild SDK. Consolidated scattered modules into a unified relm module. Shipped releases v1.6.0 through v1.7.1.

VMware was acquired by Broadcom. Continued working on release engineering for VMware Cloud Foundation as part of the new organization.

Led the technical migration of VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid from the legacy Bolt build system to Go-based CI tooling. Migrated 5+ components (Contour, Fluent-bit, TKG packages, Harbor, Calico) to Jenkins pipelines with GoBuild integration. Built carvel package build pipelines and early release-machinery functionality.

Built Prow CI infrastructure for core Kubernetes component builds (containerd, etcd, CoreDNS, runc, hcsshim, CNI plugins, cri-tools) on the Calatrava cluster — 168 commits across test-infra repositories. Contributed upstream Kubernetes fixes to the official K8s 1.25 changelog. Built image promotion tooling and Slack-based build reporting.

Built CASSI — a full-stack self-service portal (Python Flask + Angular) enabling 1,000+ VMware engineers to provision Kubernetes namespaces, Harbor registries, and TLS certificates with automated approval workflows, Vault integration, and LDAP authentication (121 commits). Automated TAS deployments across 4 datacenters using Concourse CI and Terraform. Built Harbor management tools, a Go-based Firehose-to-LogInsight forwarder, and a container image cloner.

Built Tagster — an automation engine to programmatically create and deploy Google Tags, reducing manual configuration for enterprise websites. Implemented analytics solutions using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
